职位描述：
工作职责 Responsibilities:

1. 全面负责重庆公司的人力资源管理工作
Overall responsibility for Chongqing company's human resources management
2. 确保公司各部门用工正常，以保证公司的正常运营
Ensure normal labor departments to ensure the company's normal operations
3. 参与制定公司的人力资源战略规划，为重大人事决策提供建议和信息支持
Involved in developing the company's human resources, strategic planning, provide advice and information support for the major personnel decisions
4. 全面负责人力资源部全体人员的日常管理工作，合理分工和配置人员，做到人尽其才，各尽其能，负责督导和分配所属人员的各项工作
Overall responsibility for the daily management of all HR staff, rational division of labor and staffing, so that their talent, do their best, and distribution of their staff responsible for supervising all the work
5. 根据各部门人员需求情况，提出内部人员调配方案（包括人员内部的调入和调出）并负责制定招聘计划、招聘程序，进行初步的面试和筛选

6. 负责公司所有员工人事档案的建立、保存，做好各类人力资源状况的统计、分析、 预测、调整、查询和人才库建立等工作

7. 与员工进行积极沟通，做好各部门间的人员协调工作，促进人员的优化配置
Actively communicate with employees, good staff interdepartmental coordination, promote the optimization of configuration
8. 负责公司全体员工的考勤管理
Responsible for all employees attendance management
9. 负责制定全员培训计划，对员工进行岗前培训、在职培训（包括低端、中端、高端）， 并进行培训结果的分析与反馈
Responsible for developing corporate training programs for staff pre-job training, in-service training (including low-end, midrange and high-end), and analyzed the results of the training and feedback
10. 根据公司的绩效考核规章制度，组织实施绩效管理，并对各部门绩效考核评价过程进行监督与控制，及时解决其中出现的问题，使公司的绩效考核制度体系化

11. 负责拟定下属职员的岗位职责，经批准后负责其岗位职责的实施与监督

要求 Requirements:

1. 熟练使用办公室软件及相关的人事管理软件；

2. 良好的组织、协调、沟通及推动能力；

3. 熟悉国家、地区和企业关于用人机制、薪金制度、合同管理、保险福利待遇及培训方针；

4. 对人力资源管理事务性的工作有娴熟的处理技巧，熟悉人事工作流程；
