1. Repair, commissioning, maintenance and training of robot and application system;
2. Installation support on site;
3. Implement troubleshooting on site;
4. Implement robot and application system maintenance;
5. Commissioning and programming;
6. Communication with customer and handle technology issue;
7. Good following up service case to end and close it;
8. Maintain good relationships with customers through quick effective feedback;
Requirements
1.Educational: College degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering , major robotics is preferred;
2. 3-5 years repair or maintenance experience in related industry area;
3. Good interpersonal communication skills ;
4. Computer software including Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and Internet.
