Objectives of the Role
1) Develop gym channel business opportunities for our sports products (e.g. Sixpad) as well as future related products.
2) Build a solid sales module function be rolled act in gyms across key cities in China.
3) Ensure revenue and profit growth in the designed territory.
Main Responsibilities:
1) Monitor business opportunity in designed territory.
2) Collect the related market information, analysis and present to the company, also closely working with gyms & sports channel customers to explore more business opportunities.
3) Effectively communicates goals, business practices, and programs to customers
4) Understands the issues and needs of the customers within the territory
5) Identify new business opportunities with gym products
6) Search, develops and maintains relationships with customers’ top decision-makers
7) Completes detailed customer profiles and plans
8) Develops and presents plans, programs and strategies that ensure company and the customers meet their revenue and market share targets.
9) Collects data from customers contacts that shows trends in current market areas and leads to new ideas for untapped market
Requirements:
1) Minimum 5-6 years in sales, act of minimum 2-3 years in business development background in gyms/sports channel
2) Strong verbal and communication skills, including presentation skills
3) Strong understanding of sports & fitness markets and competitive offerings in the marketplace
4) Strong relationship building and negotiating skills
5) Ability to work collaboratively with functional departments across functions including Marketing, Sales Support, Logistics, etc.
6) Identify new business opportunities with gym products
