职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all daily transactions in finance and accounting, ensure all bookings are precisely in accordance with IFRS(International Finance Regulation and standard), also follow up group accounting manual
Be responsible for company business taxation plan
Responsible for timely financial result, cash flow forecast, working capital, monthly rolling forecast and annual budget and planning.
Coordinate all related functions during month and year ending closing, provide reliable finance information to support management for decision making
Managing AR credit limit control and aging analysis, provide sufficient supporting to sales person for collection.
Prepare reporting for both internal and external, ensure all submission is precisely meet the deadline.
Responsible for improving internal control system and finance procedures, ensure all control activities are documented and in place
Communicate with finance controller to review finance result、forecast and Budget, ensure all financial result is made transparent and understandable.
Managing and coach finance staffs working in most effective way, also help them to get knowledge and career advancement.

Requirement:
More than 8 years finance working experience, 3 years managerial position at least.
Experienced in cost control, cost analyze
Strong experiences in implementing ERP system, SAP, Especially for system initiation setup
Experienced in MNC
Stable, strict, responsible
Be good communication, coordination
