1. Supply Chain of New Products Development

1) Work with New Product Development team to get all the projects before D4, and provide the analysis for manufacture cost (based on the like SKU and components) and logistic cost comparison between plants. And indentify the manufacture plant.

2) Work with Beijing and Nanchang plants to get all the D4 projects of the new products. And follow up the new project schedule. Take actions for the potential delay projects. Keep improvement on NPD launch on time rate and reduce the lead time to launch the new product.

3) Make the inventory build strategy for each New Product. And provide the 6 months forecast to plants and Demand analyst to put in SAP timely.

4) Responsible for D5 of new products.

a) Analysis the actual sale volume vs B1. Monthly tracking the new product sales trend, modify the sales plan accordingly.

b) Compare the actual incoming vs target margin and tooling spend. Compare the actual vs planned PI.

c) Analysis the new products inventory. And follow up the new product promotion for the slow moving materials caused by new products.

2. Existing Product Lines Analysis

Complete a loop of the product line life circle analysis and discontinue project one time a year.

1) Provide the analysis by each Market, by product line. Work out the list for discontinue plan from plant and market standpoint.

2) Get agreement with market people and supply chain for the discontinue list.

3) Work out the unique materials inventory list for promotion before discontinue.

4) Follow up till the SKUs are set to OB statues in SAP.

3. Migration management

1) Get all migration plan globally move in or out from Beijing and Nanchang plant.

2) Evaluate the affect for each plan caused by migration(FI Plan, Capacity, Hours, and inventory)

3) Work closely with all plant to minimize the dead materials caused by migration.

4) Monthly update migration plan to plant for materials planning and manpower plan.

5) Set up monthly meeting to review the update status. And review the dead materials and push them to fast moving.
