职位描述
工作职责
1、向现有及潜在客户群体销售IQAir空气净化器。
2、寻找目标客户,列出联系清单,并制定具体的销售方案。
3、跟踪新的潜在的或对产品感兴趣的客户
4、分析销售预期,并联系这些潜在客户
5、能够完成产品陈述、销售方案及销售合同
6、拓展并维护现有销售渠道及产品知识
7、建立并维护当前及潜在客户的客户关系
8、准备销售合同的主要条款
9、为现有客户提供高质量的跟踪服务
10、解决客户提出的问题
11、完成各类销售报告,包括活动、销售完成、跟进、目标完成情况等
12、与公司相关人员交流销售区域的市场活动,获得新产品和服务的潜在机遇,特定项目的进展情况,信息或反馈等
13、与公司其他员工合作,完成销售目标
14、创新并实践新的销售模式,努力减少库存数量
15、跟进回款及支付情况
16、参与研讨会、贸易展览等市场推广活动
17、准确的采集客户数据及完整的信息,并提交到客户关系管理系统
Job Purpose
Corporate sales consultant deals with selling the product to established clients, they particularly deal with new products and communicate with the customers on telephone or online through emails or chat and send quotations an take orders of the clients and communicate the details related to the company or product, their responsibility also includes following up and tracking with the client regarding the product.
Job Responsibilities
1, Present and sell IQAir products to current and potential clients.
2, Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
3, Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
4, Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
5, Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
6, Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
7, Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
8, Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
9, Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
10, Identify and resolve client concerns.
11, Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
12, Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
13, Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
14, Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
15, Follow-up for collection or payment.
16, Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows.
17, Communicating accurate data collected and provide complete information to Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
