职位描述：

We target to build sourcing team to be a group ofexperts, who have deep knowledge of talent market, to support all TA sourcingeffectively, and achieve missions:

• Build the fundamentals for whole TA team transformationfrom recruiter to consultant model

• Enhance TA efficiency on supplyinghigh-quality candidates via standardized sourcing methodology

• Drive cost saving proactively via directsourcing and talent pipeline/pool build-up

• Provide succession plan for TA sustainabledevelopment

  Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Openings: Daily support toconsultant, including screening, first round interview and generalcomments

• Proactive Sourcing: Proactive search andtalent market study for talent pipeline

• Sourcing Channel Management: Select andevaluate high quality and efficiency channels

• Talent pool Build up: Long termpreparation to drive direct sourcing

• Talent mapping Data Support: Big datacollection and summary during daily recruitment

  Continuouslyimprovement and recruitment processing

• Key Criteria:

  - Bachelor degree and above with HR related majors

  - At least 2 years experience of professional recruitment

  - Language: Goodin both oral and writing English

  - Computer:Microsoft Office

  - Passion, Proactive, Smart, Logical and quick learning
