职位概述
Job Summary
协助服务经理或设施服务经理做好日常管理工作，严格执行营运必做的各项要求，及服务流
程与标准，监督并指导下属员工的工作，通过专业的服务体现公司价值。维护和保持客户关系，
为客户提供安全、舒适、便利的工作环境，满足客户需求，提高员工的保留率，并最终达到公司
制定的营运目标。
Assist BSS Manager or IFM Manager to complete daily management, strictly enforce Les
Incontournables and service procedures and standards, supervise and guide the subordinates
to reflect the value of Sodexo through professional service. Maintain the relationship with client,
and provide a safe, comfortable, convenient working circumstance to satisfy the client needs.
Improve employees’ retention rate and reach the final operational goals of Sodexo.

 3 年以上的相关岗位工作经验
