Job duties:
1. Lead Talent Development team. Work with management team and other departments to ensure the talent programs run effectively；
2. Build and maintain relationship with local universities and other channels for talent recruitment;
3. Organize and design assessment process/tools for selection of internal and external candidates;
4. Coach talents regularly to identify training and development needs, and find out solutions for their improvement and development;
5. Monitor team members’ performance, provide them feedback and coaching for development;
6. Support in other ad hoc projects as required.

Job requirements:
1. Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
2. At least 5 year work experience with 2 years in talent selection & development, preferably in sizeable companies;
3. Passionate and energetic. Have excellent interpersonal, presentation skill and strong analytical power and problem solving capability;
4. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
5. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
