Responsibilities:
1. Put in place and keep high efficiency of market information and industrial intelligence system.
2. Propose quotations and bidding files with the requirements
3. Analyze sales data, maintain CRM (customer relation management) system and team schedule consolidation
4. Provide administration support to sales team
5. Handle administration issues, such as contract management, schedule arrangement, sales related cost control & report
6. Assist sales team with organizing events (e.g. Seminars, consultant gatherings)
7. Help sales team to follow up leads directed by Sales Manager

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. About 1 year’s relevant working experience. Good fresh graduate is acceptable.
3. Good communication skills
4. Fluent English
5. Highly responsible for work
