SunGard Financial Systems provides mission-critical software and IT services to institutions in virtually every segment of the financial services industry. The primary purpose of these systems is to automate the many detailed processes associated with trading, managing investment portfolios and accounting for investment assets. These solutions address the processing requirements of a broad range of users within financial services, including asset managers, traders, custodians, compliance officers, treasurers, insurers, risk managers, hedge fund managers, plan administrators and clearing agents. In addition, we also provide professional services that focus on application implementation and integration of these solutions and on custom software development.

Responsibilities:

? Professionally and accurately responds to a wide range of inquiries from employees and managers related to leave policy, benefits, payroll/ tax, health insurance, general employment queries, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) queries and on-boarding/ off-boarding issues. This will include telephone, chat, e-mail and drop-in face-to-face interactions
? Support the production of monthly and annual HR related reports (HC report, accrual, level 1 dept. attrition)
? Support internal/external audit request regarding HR Ops area in China
? Support the APAC HRBPs during the global compensation annual review
? Review China benefit plans every year and provide appropriate proposal to the management team for decision
? Support International mobility cases across APAC
? Escalates complex cases (in accordance with and as defined by HR policy) to country HR/ functional HR with appropriate and complete documentation on work performed to date
? Refer employees and managers to HR self-service technology, outside vendors, or other resources as appropriate
? Provide information and guidance to employees and managers as necessary
? Update HRIS and liaise with internal stakeholders concerning all changes to employee payroll information, including joiners and leavers
? Any other future development of HR Shared Services area of responsibilities required

Essential Skills

? Diploma in HR or equivalent
? A minimum of 4 years work experience in a Human Resources and/or related field
? Proven experience in HR administration within an international company
? Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Access)
? Fluent English & Mandarin written and verbal language skills
? High level of flexibility, positive attitude towards change
? Methodical, analytical, organized, rigorous, attentive to detail
? Autonomous, proactive and self-motivated
? Exceptional integrity - ability to handle confidential information
? Service-oriented, diplomatic
? At ease with handling multiple tasks in parallel
Desirable Skills
? Good knowledge of Asia Pacific region labour law, social security, insurance and tax aspects
? Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
