职位描述
(1). Job Purpose
Primary purpose of the role – briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:
? Processing daily operation as per SOP
? Apply good service to meet customer’s KPI requirements.
? Prepare various customer reports accurately and timely.
(2). Key Accountabilities
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
1? Ensure fully understand SOP and 100% compliance
2? Ensure timely processing daily operation as per SOP
3? Ensure all filing is in order and complete.
4? Communicate with internal and external customers / carriers in a timely manner.
5? Receive inquiries and complaints and conduct research to resolve matters in a timely order.
6? Process shipment information on computer system in an efficient manner to meet customer’s KPI requirement.
7? carrier booking and 3rd party comminucation
8? Prepare various customer reports accurately and timely.
(3). Knowledge, Experience & Skills
The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:
Essential
Desirable
Education & Qualifications
College Level or Equal
Experience
Preferably 2 years customer service experience in freight forwarding or shipping industry;
Well know buys consolidations service and skill.
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
Computer literate
Forwarding system experience
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Good English in writing and speaking,
Good communication skill
(4). Other Information
Any additional information necessary to fully describe the role:
Stable for office working hours fm 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Stable for OT if needed.
Personal health
