PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责：

1.Provide first level supervision to C&B operation management and process improvement.

2.Develop key operations such as payroll administration, budget set up & tracking, annual salary review implementation and variable pay innovation to ensure the accurate delivery timely.

3.Assist in implementing the company’s C&B related strategies/ policies/procedures/programs to ensure its effectiveness and in compliance with legal requirement.

4.Supervise job analysis and evaluation, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.

5.Cooperate with external consultant company for C&B survey and diverse analysis/benchmarking for proper guidance design about Reward program and execution especially for advanced operation introduction and implementation.

6.Implement and manage HRIS (C&B parts), including routine operation and function improvement in order to meet business needs

7.Support BUAP HR/Global HR for Expatriates C&B management.

QUALIFICATIONS任职资格：

1.Bachelor and above

2.Minimum 6 years’ relevant HR experience with and at least 4 years’ experience in C&B function

3.Good understanding of HR policies and C&B practices in China

4.Good knowledge in China Labor Ordinance and have practical experience in complying with legal requirements

PREFERENCE优先选择：

-Hands on experience in C&B function in a multi-national organization
