Missions:
Ensure lab equipments tracking comply with targets

Main Responsibilities:

? Manage program timing and PMS process for his/her domain:
- Follow Faurecia PMS process and reports convergence through standard document (AQP, QRCI, SLI etc.)
- Manage timing plan for tools, equipments and processes to reach SOP in time
- Fully support PDL and PML for PPDR and other engineering/manufacturing milestones

? Manage technically program for his/her domain in line with Faurecia Technology standard.
- Machine Layout;
- Machine design and installation include: Tool carrier
- Robot programming;
- Supply tracking – Time plan;
- Equipment specification definition and assure validation per POC
- Equipment supplier follow up and tuning until final acceptation in plant

? Anticipate & manage the necessary support in terms of expertise or simulation when needed (PoC, CAE, Purchasing, Logistics, Program, PML, PDL)

? Ensure all checks before tool/equipment transfers from supplier to plant (FCP document) including scrap level and time cycle

? Support Run at Rate in plant

? Ensure transfer of proper documentation to the plant together with tool and equipment

? Capitalize experience on the development through lessons learnt process & KM creation within his/her domain
