Position Title: Sales Training Manager
Location: Shanghai
Report to: China Business Development & Commercial Excellence Director
Industry: Pharmaceutical


Main responsibilities:
- Build and perfect sales training system based on business needs;
- Establish, lead and implement core sales training plans;
- Develop and improve the courses; update the courseware based on brands' strategy;
- Teach the core training courses, and manage the whole training process from courses preparation to participation monitoring and delivering lectures;
- Initiate meetings with Sales Managers from hospital team, and provide advice on people development as a business partner;
- Work closely with RSM to initiate sales training activities;
- Evaluate and follow-up training effect;
- Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- 10 years or above experience in sales training and it will be preferred with around or over 2 years' sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry
- Be able to work independently and under pressure
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Be passionate to training others
- Be systematic and analytical
- Fluent in English is preferred
