Job Description:
Eaton, Electrical/APAC Group, has an opening of Hardware Engineer based in Shenzhen. The purpose of the position is to:
1.Develop new product, meet project cost; quantity and schedule target.
2.Assist supervisor to involve team growth and standardize design process.
3.Involve the pre-study process for technical feasibility analysis and cost estimation.
4.Investigate the lessons learning to reduce technical risk in new project.
5.To lead the project technical team (including hardware, firmware, mechanical, ECAD engineers).
6.To develop new products by solving all technical problems, and ensuring the schedule, cost and quality.
7.To cooperate with project manager, industrial leader and purchasing leader to smooth the project progress and carry out objectives.
8.To involve R&D networking to contribute the research capability improvement.
9.To motivate and train engineers for technical knowledge and skill development.
10.Proposal seminar.

Basic Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics or Engineering.
2.Familiar with power engineered products design, over 3 years new product design and development experience.
3.Skillful English speaking and writing.
4.Good presentation and communication skills.
