职位描述
Responsibility
A. New key account project sales
1. Responsible of assigned market segment (retailing, especially Hotel and dairy manufacturer) sales strategy. Conduct market segment analysis. Analysis opportunity client list, setup annual sales target clients in the segment;
2. To work out specified treatment offer to different customer segments with cooperate technical and operation managers, to meet different customer segments’ demand;
3. Build up close relation with key accounts client head office. Achieve the annual sales target on schedule and build up proper pipe line;
4. To work closely with branch relevant departments on define treatment method, setup internal and external operation flow and allocate resources for the project.
B. Achieve annual sales target of national key account:
1. To drive Key Account Executive and sales team to achieve the KA goal;
2. Responsible to lead the key account team for selling service and products to national geographic territory, industry or account under company key account definition;
3. Direct responsible of some very important key account client to achieve target;
C. Exiting Key Account head office relationship maintenance
1. To communicate with client head office in regular base to review project update. Maintain customer relationship with client at head office level and regional level;
2. Summarize key issues finding and put action plan with branch operation, Lead regular meeting, include regular reports, training etc. with responsible client head office;
3. Work with Field Biologist team on service quality assurance with overall action;
4. Acting as key contact window for responsible key account clients at head office level.
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above, and major in food processing, agriculture and etc,. is a plus
2. At least 5 years intensive and hands-on experience of sales or accountant management at a B to B platform, especially the Foreign Hotel Group and Manufacturer is highly preferred.
3. Experience for consulting, one –step solution and service selling is highly preferred.
4. Experience for service industry and customer complaints management is high preferred.
5. Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
6. Good interpersonal and presentation skills,and account knowledge of international group
7.Team managing and driving for target.
