Requirement:
Bilingual resource (English & Chinese) expected to be a part of presales team to finish translation requested during presales stage, to provide proposal documentation (English / Chinese based on the need) for software services that the engagement team come up with, to maintain deal tracking data from system perspective.

Activities:
? Provides the needed translations (Chinese- English/English - Chinese) during the opportunity management stage
? Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying RFP or SOW; attending deal meetings.
? Meet proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, obtain review and approval;
? Enter and monitor deal tracking data; coordinates requirements with contributors; contributes proposal status information to review meetings.
? Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinates submissions and collections; identifies and communicates risks associated with proposals.
? Maintains proposal quality by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintains proposal support databases.
? Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
? Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent translation skills, good technical writing skills, layout skills, good problem solving skills, deadline-Oriented, coordination skills.
Be able to work solo and be responsible for all aspects of the document, or be part of a team and need to perform his/her duties reliably & complete work on time.
Minimum technical knowledge & ability to understand the technical terminologies for Microsoft. General understanding of Software Development Life Cycle is a plus.
Have good computer skills, be familiar with MS Office.
