Job Description:
1. Prepare monthly financial analysis and management report
2. Participate in annual/mid-year/long range planning, provide financial opinions in helping achieve or exceed plan
3. Work closely with sale operation department and participate sales operation related project to help the business process improvement
4. Deal with other regular and ad hoc analysis reports required by management
5. Support and facilitate in month-end reporting related matters

Requirements:
1. University graduate or above majoring in finance/accounting or economics are preferred
2. 2 to 3 years working experience in financial analysis, experience in multinational company or big four is preferred
3. Strong problem-solving skills
4. Experience working with cross functional teams to solve business issues
5. Professional financial analysis and management skills
6. Self-motivated, strong team spirit and good interpersonal skills
7. Good command of written and oral English
