职位描述
岗位职责：
1、完成生产设备的维护、调整和保养；工艺流程改进；统计并分析有关生产数据；管理和监控生产过程；
2、及时维护、调整和保养生产设备，控制生产区域的设备达到国家法规、GMP和公司要求；保证设备正常运行，设备单次机械维修时间少于2.5小时；
3、进行工艺改进：参与新工艺、新技术、新设备的引进及有关的设备安装、调试和验证工作；
4、保持质量和环境体系运行，完成ISO13485和14001的审核；
5、监督员工遵守公司的安全制度，保证员工人身安全，设备安全，产品安全和厂房设施安全等。
任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历，机电一体化或机械专业；
2、2年以上生产及设备管理的相关经验；有较强的机电和统计分析知识，以及现场维修维护能力；
3、熟悉GMP要求；熟悉ISO相关知识；
4、有较强的组织、沟通和团队合作能力；
5、熟练使用Microsoft软件和Internet，如Excel,Word等；

They are Beijing Bausch + Lomb Eyecare Co., Ltd, Bausch + Lomb (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. and Shandong Bausch + Lomb Freda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.
