Functional Description

Job Functions
? To perform the task of solving customer’s complaints and the company’s order processing, aim to obtain the benefit of the company and the customer as well.
? To coordinate technical force of internal and authorization service center to provide effective and efficient service to customer.
? To provide the accurate service statistic and reports to develop service business and management.



Major Tasks include, but not limited to:

Service Coordinate
? Handling service request from sales or customers, coordinate all internal department to ensure the service complete
? Contact with filed service engineers, including internal engineers and 3’rd party engineers
? Arrange the service request to right service engineers according to capacity, product, and get it confirmed with customer for both satisfactions
? Arrange and coordinate the authorized service centers to implement the site/workshop service locally for customers’ satisfaction
? To close follow up the time schedules of all service activates agreed upon and take appropriate action in case of deviations
? Service call handling, perform as first line window to diagnose the problem and answer customer complain
? Record and update the database of service job card and documentation

Order Processing
? To issue order and perform the processing of received orders to make sure the availability of request product specifications and terms of delivery.
? To follow-up the order day and day, ensure all of order schedule under our control. In case of any delay and change information, necessary communication and action must be taken.
? Helping customer expedite the delivery lead-time via different method such as suggest customer order kit parts instead of components, seeking different vendor etc
? Follow and coordinate with finance team for establish the service center master data if necessary
? Follow and coordinate with DC planning for new material code set up

Quotation
? Strictly follow the principle to prepare formal quotation to customer such as service center, distributor, end-user etc
? Prepare the quotation to customer within required working date
? Provide technically suggestion on customer quotation such as using kit part instead of component, using WINCAPS to select the service parts, seeking different resource to find the shot lead-time parts

Payment
? To Check in due time with internal finance unit on customer’s solvency
? To be responsible to audit the clam of authorization service center and ensure the monthly payment to them accuracy and timely
? To be responsible to allocate the correct cost to sales team and service team

Customer Interface
? To update information, policy, SOP in insite as well as public serve in time
? To provide daily operation and administration training to internal staff, authorization service center and customer
? To visit customer if necessary to solve the problem and customer voice collection

Report Consolidation
? To record and update the database of service job and documentation
? To assist team leader in preparing reports, data and so on
? To be responsible for filing all service materials such as Job Card, Project file, Quotation etc。

Qualification and Experience

? Diploma or degree holder in Engineering or Administration
? Good command in oral, listening, reading and written Chinese and English
? At least 3 years’ experience with administration and coordination
? Extensive knowledge of MS office, Outlook
? Experience in SAP will be advantage
? Excel, Access, Outlook skillful will be highly appreciate
