Marketing Specialist_ For Microsoft Marketing team

The Microsoft OEM group is hiring a Shenzhen based marketing specialist to join the OEM CTE Team. Microsoft is investing a lot in Shenzhen for the China technology ecosystem (CTE). And this role belongs to the core CTE team that works closely with Microsoft headquarter to land its strategy within CTE. This role combines strategy understanding of consumer electronics industry and skills for conducting marketing activities.

In this role you will be reaching out to Microsoft CTE partners mainly in China, work with different teams from Microsoft China and US headquarter.

Duties include:
Conduct local CTE marketing events, Land Microsoft marketing programs that in CTE;
Sponsor events, tradeshows that Microsoft takes part in, or managed by other Microsoft team.
Align CTE marketing with headquarter and field marketing programs. Collect, organize CTE marketing information from headquarter to field, English to Chinese and vice versa.
Work with Sales force to execute CTE marketing programs with partner.
Tracking and analyzing sales pipeline and other sales data with account managers.

Requirements:
Must have Native Chinese language skills, and fluency in English
Four year degree or equivalent experience
Expert user of office application skills
3-5 year sales/marketing/product manager experience in PC/tablet/consumer electronics industry.
Self-motivation, strong time management and organization skills
Ability to present to large groups of high level executives
Experience in marketing management or event planning strongly preferred
