Responsibility:
? Provides specialized industry and functional expertise based in a network of prominent global locations, to help clients address their most pressing issues and pursue opportunities with greater flexibility and speed;
? Develop new consulting business in within greater China including the full chain from client relationship building, opportunity identification, proposal development, closing of sale, and then to delivery of work;
? Develop opportunities for single-client engagements through typical relationship development;
? Write proposals from sales leads;
? Execute single client proposals. This requires clear written and verbal communications skills and analytical creativity to determine deliverables that best serves client needs and budget , and maximize the opportunity and profitability for ACCENTURE;
? Project management responsibilities require that the consultant manage the analysis and report generation required to satisfy single client projects;
? Be able to manipulate spreadsheet models or extract information from models to satisfy unique single client requests;
? Maintain general knowledge of various chemical sectors (commodity chemicals; specialty chemicals) for interaction with clients;
? Cooperatively work across the organization at multi levels to efficiently and effectively utilize the resources and knowledge base available in a team approach.

Requirement:
? Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering field;
? 7+ years’ experience in consulting or industry focusing on upstream mining Industry;
? Proven project management skills in managing and leading a project team onshore / off shore, and to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion;
? Possess an impressive executive demeanor, team oriented and collaborative approach;
? Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications related to industry;
? Maintain network and relationships to keep abreast with competitors’ activities and develop and maintain effective business relationships in the industry;

? Should be diplomatic, flexible, and can influence the “C” level client executives;
? Overseas or MNC working experience is highly preferred;
? Previous consulting experience is highly preferred;
? MBA / Technical Master’s degrees is a plus;
? Excellent oral and written English;
? Excellent oral and written Mandarin;
? Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills;
? Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues;
? Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills;
? Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members;
? Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
