Senior Business Analyst
Summary:
The Senior Business Applications Analyst will play a key role in the
support of streamlining business processes. Implement Business systems
in support of Capacity Planning, Inventory management, and Order
fulfillment. Gather requirements through interviews, research, and
analysis. Create concept designs to propose business solutions and
identify project scope. Define functional specifications including
report layouts and best practices for functional processes. Understand
technical specifications including data mapping and database
modifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide support of ERP/MRP system. Assist in the implementation
of various functions and processes within a Manufacturing environment.
Will be required to learn and understand, in detail, the functionality
and processes of the company's ERP system (SAP Business One)
2. Analyze business requirements and tailor the use of the system
to meet those objectives
3. Collaborate with other resources to implement process
improvement initiatives, work with department heads and other
stakeholders in order to complete projects on time and within budget
4. Act as Technical lead and Project Manager ensuring deliverables
are being achieved, reporting status updates to the organization, and
facilitating necessary meetings
5. Produce reports and data extracts related to operational,
financial, and business software applications using multiple tools
6. Create and maintain reports, data extracts, and data structures
7. Able to work with cross-functional teams across multiple
countries
8. Highly organized, with the ability to simultaneously manage
multiple projects
9. Ability to prioritize and focus on objectives

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. General Manufacturing Principles including planning,
production control, order fulfillment and warehouse management
2. Experience with ERP/MRP systems, implementations, and process
reengineering
3. Experience with SAP Business One is preferred, but not
required
4. Knowledge of basic financial concepts including multiple
denomination currency, basic accounting structure and flow, Costing
types, etc.

5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Word,
Excel, Access, Power Point)
6. Ideal candidate has experience in Manufacturing with ERP
systems, and data collection/analysis, reporting, and database
programming knowledge.
