MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop professional marketing (BSBF + POC product lines ) annual plan based on franchise business plan including budget strategy against programs to achieve set POC goals

·

· Conduct regular reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunities in BSBF and target POC products.

·

· Develop product/program related Q&A for professional detailing / BSBF program

·

· Provide input to franchise OGSM and annual business planning for BSBF and related POC products

·

· Identify consumers / professional /teachers/ students insights, and provide input to BSBF / POC product improvement and new POC product development.

·

· Lead strategic partnership negotiation, e.g. national MOE project and develop solid relationship with regional / national MOE, KOL of related POC product category.

·

· Develop professional PR campaign for BSBF /related POC products nand evaluate the result.

·

· Analyze the BSBF / professional research result and recommend appropriate action steps based on finding'

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·Bachelor above, meidical background prefer.

·

·At least 3 years experience in product / project management in multi-national company, prefer in dental related company / Infant formula company
