工作职责：

Embedded code development, maintenance, validation and release following a structured engineering process to assure product quality and reliability. Troubleshoot/ debug embedded code and track software and operational “bugs” to closure. Perform design verification/ validation testing on test and product platforms. Develop supporting engineering documentation including software requirements specification, software behavior specification, software release notice, design verification test plan and report, communication protocol compliance specification, product configuration specification, user interface specification. Participate firmware and functional design reviews at various product development stages.

经验要求：

?Courses in Real Time Operating Systems, Communications Techniques, Control Theory, Structured Analysis/ Design and Power Electronics is plus.
?Experience with C, C++, and the embedded processors assembly language is required.
?Experience programming DSP processors, TI fixed-point processors. Must have experience with microcontroller peripherals including PWM, A->D, and D->A converters, PLD’s, and Flash memory.
?Understanding of SNMP, USB, TCP/IP communications protocols a plus.
?Understanding of single-phase and three-phase power systems and power distribution.
?Ability to read schematics and interpret the behavior of electronic systems.
?Ability to analyze and troubleshoot analog and digital control circuitry is a plus.
?Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team member on new product development projects.
?Ability to lead one small firmware team and coach team member daily.
?Good writing and oral English skill.
