职位表述和要求： 1. Assist sales force in proposal generation, lead processing, call report documentation, contract processing and filing, maintenance and ordering of marketing materials, translation, correspondence and other duties as deemed necessary by the commercial Manager.

2. Setting up good relationship with customers, especially with the supply chain team, purchasing team and financial team.

3. This individual will receive all training necessary to carry out assigned tasking. This training will include, but may not be limited to: sales, applications.

4. The position also resolve some complains from the customers with solution, improving and feedback for the customer. Not only accountable for establishing contact between sales team and internal F&A, billing team, CSO, operation team but also responsible to support the whole outside sales team in Guangzhou.

Job Requirements:

Qualification/Experience/Skills/Qualities.

· Education: Bachelor Degree in business or engineering or related discipline.

·Experience: More than 2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales Support is preferred.

· Ability: Good communication ability .

· Tools: Good PC and internet skill.

· Language: Good command of both written and spoken English.
