职位描述
Main task:
Develop more channels and more customers for company products’ bigger market occupancy; Complete Sales Target for the year; Maintain strong relationship with mining major customers’ especially those SOE Sino-companies.
Job Responsibilites:
1.Own strong relationship with mining major customers’ especially those SOE Sino-companies.
2.Be proficient in company products’ technical skill and knowledge; Be sensitive with the market trend with strong analytical ability;
3.Synthesize customer resources; maintain the current sales channel; totally be responsible for promotion and sales of company products;
4.Be well known about the customers’ requirement; initiatively develop more marketing channel;
5.Independently implement and complete the plan and promotion of projects; keep good relationship with current customers; Develop more new customers;
6.Understand the changing market dynamics and report to managers of it from time to time;
7.Improve customer management scheme and market competition strategy;
8.Evaluate, estimate and control the sales costs and drive for the maximization of profit;
9.Initiatively coordinate and communicate with other departments and help optimize production and sales process;
10.Adjust individual’s sales target and strategy according to company’s;
11.Be responsible for the plan and implementation of the exhibitions;
12.Provide service of high quality to customers and improve the add-value of products.
Education教育背景：
1.2-5 working experiences in MNC as Sales;
2.Bachelor Degree and major in Mechanical is preferred.
Language Skills语言能力:
1.Fluent English language, both verbal and written skills

1.Good commercial and negotiation skill, understand marketing trends;
2.Customer-oriented with good sense of serving customers
