岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Talk with the end user directly to understand the business process and requirements. Document the gathered requirements into URS and Functional Spec.
2. Create data models based on the business requirements and entities using Access tables or SQL Server database. Document the solution into Technical Spec.
3. Develop Access Forms/Reports using Access Objects and VBA. Complete the testing to ensure the delivery quality.

岗位要求Requirements 1. At least 2-3 years’experience with .Net development
2. Familiar with Access Object Model and VBA development.
3. Familiar with data modeling and Access database.
4. Good communication and inter-personal skills.
5. Have interest in learning new technologies.
