Responsibilities:
1. Support COO to manage and coordinate cross functional strategic and operation initiatives
2. Facilitate the identification and resolution of issues to drive execution
3. Collaborate with colleagues across a wide range of business units, operation units and sites to manage the timeline of cross-functional initiatives
4. Track the progress of initiatives and engage with relevant internal stakeholders
5. Collect, analyze, and synthesize business information to support and enable decision making
6. Prepare and develop presentation materials in various formats for both internal and external customers and stakeholders
7. Individual contributor role
8. Limited domestic travel

Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate degree in biomedical or nature science (e.g. chemistry, biology, etc)
2. Preferred to have advanced degree either in either science or business disciplines (e.g. MBA)
3. Preferred to have experience in management consulting or project management
4. Preferred to have experience and knowledge on pharmaceutical / biotech /CRO industry
5. Preferred to have experience and knowledge on enterprise business processes and operation
6. Demonstrated capabilities in framing and solving problems in business and operation
7. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills
8. Demonstrated experience in preparing presentation materials in a variety of formats
9. Excellent skills in written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese
10. Passionate about working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and learning on a variety of subjects within a short period of time
11. Willingness to work hard with a track record to deliver under tight timeline and pressure
12. Minimum five years of working experience
