Position: IT Analyst
Location: Shanghai
Reports to: IT Manager


Job Summary/Purposes
The incumbent is responsible for the installation and operation of computer networks and office automation systems and provide technical support to all users in software application.

Responsibilities

· Provide 1st level on-site or remote IT support on business application, office automations and corporate network to end users across nationwide Prada locations.
· Coordinate with regional and corporate IT professionals on regular support service and delivery timely resolutions to end users.
· Assist to implement corporate IT projects and solutions locally
· Assist on vendor selection process and work with suppliers to ensure promptly IT services delivery.
· Maintain IT assets management and keep all related records up-to-date
· Perform Server, systems, network operations, administration and maintenance
· Responsible for new stores IT setup, such as, telephony, WAN, LAN, server, switches workstation, POS, business applications setup and training. Travelling required.
· Provide technical support to business, special events and ad hoc projects during non-office hours. Flexible working hours are required.
