The Role:
Category Supervisor, China
Location: Shanghai
The Marketing supervisor functions as the supportive role of Cluster Category Manager for Gaming in China. The role works closely with different functions including AP Regional Team, China Marcom (Marketing Communication), trade marketing (ONL/OFL), sales team and other supporting team to ensure the good implementation of the NPI (New Product Innovation) launch, campaign, promotion & to push the achievement of the category target. He/she needs the integrated capability including good communication, efficiency, patience, and should have strong mind of ownership and self-motivation.

? Assist Cluster Category Manager on NPI launch plan & category campaigns
? Track NPI/key item supply status, maintain & Track all the NPI/refreshing SKU information in system and PIPO regularly
? Prepare all the NPI launch materials and communicate to relevant teams, including documents local adaptation, price application, sample preparation, product spec. sheet, product visuals, etc.
? Follow-up marketing campaign/program and track performance
? Work closely with sales/trade marketing team to develop trade and consumer promo programs on specific SKUs.
? Develop local sales tools (POSM, landing page, training documents) based on global assets & local needs
? Support CCM to prepare local business diagnosis
? Assist CCM MarCom Budget management
Your Skills:
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors:
? More than 3 years prior work experience
? BA degree or BS degree
? Prior 2 year experience in the marketing function of consumer goods industry with basic knowledge on dealing with all cross-function departments and vendors
? Good timing management and multi-task skill to ensure good delivery of assigned work
? Strong capability to adapt to fast changing environment
? Strong communication skill and good English skill, especially on listening and writing
? Good PC skill on Microsoft Office
? Strong data analysis skill
? Optimistic & good pressure management skill
? Intellectually curious and enjoys life-long learning
? Passionate user of Logitech products
? Willing to be exposed to gaming industry; better to have related knowledge and experience but not mandatory
