职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect the monthly sales history by customer, region and business unit, share with sales team for reference
- Collect and analyze the region sales forecast of sales projects, promotion plan and normal sales by Key SKU level based on the prior sales history at the same period
- Based on the historical sales structure and use demand tools to calculate the future sales forecast
- Collect the monthly new products and work with product manager to release the first sales order forecast
- Drive the monthly Pre-D-Meeting and D-Meeting as required by monthly calendar, to insure have an efficient communication channel between DP and Sales team & Product team, minimal the forecast gap between sales forecast and OP, highlight the big gap and issues
- Develop monthly forecast approval process, consisting of sign off between BU sales manager and OCF manager
- Drive the DP/SP Meeting to make sure the supply meets sales forecast and financial commitments, Any issues highlight to manager support
- Responsible for the monthly DP&SP meeting with top managerial team
- Analyze the sales forecast accuracy/variance at region level to drive tangible improvements in monthly forecast improvement of demand planning process
- Timely maintain the routine forecast validation and pass the information to SP to make sure the stock can meet sales forecast
- Regularly monitor weekly key projects status with region sales manager, once make the real customer requirements to follow the routine forecast maintenance process
- Develop and monitor weekly sales status based on forecast plan, identify the big sales order and communicate with sales manager to make sure future sales demand can be capture in forecasting
- Assisting in the inventory control, fill rate improvement, phase in & out control and sourcing change by the improving the information flowing process
- Accomplish any other tasks as assigned by the manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in economics, statistics or related is preferred
- At least 3-5years relevant experience in demand planning or Supply Chain Planning function
- Knowledge and experience of customer, market and business management
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with sales, market and relevant function team
- Good customer focused and result oriented
- Strong data analytical processing, clear reporting, logical analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and be able to respond quickly to changing priorities and operate in complex products and diverse cultural company
- Good time management, initiative and accountable to work effectively with good team spirits
- Good command of MS office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and ERP applications(SAP)
