GENERAL FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for the process design, configuration, requirement gathering, testing and guiding custom development for the SAP Master Dataarea, as well as integration touch points to other processes and systems. This position is also responsible for hands-on and leadership of small cross-functional teams tasks with solving business issues.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the SAP Business Process Management for the Master Data processes
? Participates with Business on SAP IT functionality demand to identify and prioritize SAP Business requirements and supporting business cases.
? Perform blueprinting, design and testing for approved large projects and small enhancements to existing projects.
? Responsible for keeping up to date documentation of all MD processes across the globe.
? Responsible for keeping test scenarios up to date to support releases and regression testing.
? Responsible for defining solutions within SAP to meet business requirements.
? Responsible for quality testing, and working with the users to gain user acceptance testing.
? Serves as the subject matter expert for key MD processes within SAP.

Delivers Project Oriented Services
? For areas where configuration knowledge is required, perform detailed design and configuration of required system components.
? Follow and improve delivery to operation support methodology, provide Level 2 and 3-production support and identify root causes to issues.
? Will be leveraged across multiple projects.
? Translates business requirements into detailed design specifications.
? Partners with development resources to provide detail functional specifications and field mapping documents for custom development and help to translate functional specifications into technical requirements.
? Supports project deployment.


REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

? 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementation experience including global templates with an in-depth understanding of SAP integration and ASAP methodology required.
? Develop complex Winshuttle scripts and templates to support the maintenance of SAP master and transactional data
? Experience with writing complex scripts to create and maintain SAP master and transactional data such as Winshuttle, LSMW, or BDC
? Strong experience with SAP IDOCS and troubleshooting various third party software interface issues with SAP.
? Experience in creating functional specifications forReports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement,and Forms (RICEF)objects and coordinating with technical team for the development of functionality.
? Experience in testing efforts during various integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
? Ability to work in complex technical environment.
? Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while maintaining the ability to work effectively in a changing environment.
? Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
? Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and maintain relationships.
? Ability to work in a team environment, able to travel internationally
? Excellent Problem solving skills.


DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

? SAP IS-Retail experience
? SAP IDOCS, and Debugging experience
? SAP POSDM and MM or SCM experience
? Background working in retail business or ability to learn business/retail concepts
? Remedy Support experience
? Project Management experience
? Remote user training experience


EXPERIENCE:

? 3+ years of related SAP experience
? At least 2 years of experience in direct hands on design and implementation of the SAP MD module
? Off-shore / international working experiences maybe required


EDUCATION

? Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field
