Main responsibilities / description
In charge of expense reimbursement, bank/cash payment, monthly bank reconciliation.
Ensure safety of cash including cheque and bank notes.
Responsible for stationery ordering and express collection& delivery.
Responsible for daily administrative service including stuff supply including water, flower etc
Responsible for reception management,
Record all training programs and maintain the training database for all employees.
Conduct all new employees' orientation training and guarantee them all signed.
Assist Marketing& communication manager to handle miscellaneous
Assist Finance and HR Director to create, establish and maintain internal HR& administrative policies/rules in order to improve the HR& administrative service.
Assist Finance and HR Director to design and implement the annual performance appraisal.
Assist Finance and HR Director to in-charge of 5S and infrastructure in all offices.
Leading office cleaner.
Other assigned tasks from Finance and HR Director.
Competences
1-2 year's HR& Adm experience
Computer skills
Language skill in English, speaking, reading and writing
Communication skill
Team player
Working efficient and result sense
