The position is employed from FESCO.
Tasks
Delegate Planning：
-Coordination of resources for training delegates, ensure preparation of TC Restaurant, hotel & transportation partners
-Manage and update delegate lists for trainers
Materials Planning：
-Preparation of all required print materials for courses such as security lanyards and name tags, tent cards etc.
-Ensure all course materials have arrived in TC prior to course in preparation for room setup.
Delegate Handling：
-Ensure delegate check in and attendance each morning at the Training Centre
-Follow up attendance issue/Communicate with PC Training Coordinators
-Support delegates with room location
-Guiding delegates through TC, supporting with room location
-Support trainers with gathering delegates during break and lunch periods
Delegate Support：
-Act as support for delegates regarding problems or requests that they may have during their stay
Colleague Support：
-Support colleagues as required to ensure smooth execution of all tasks and events within the TC
Stock Management：
-Preparation of all consumable for training rooms
-Ensure trainer supplies, mod kits are fully stocked
Delegate Appearance：
-Check delegate appearance according to Training Academy terms &conditions and follow up execution

Requirements
-Bachelor degree of hospitality, English, etc.
-Patient, attention to detail, customer oriented
-1-3 years relevant working experience, hospitality and training support experience is a plus.
-Good command of MS Office skills
-Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
