职位描述
Job Tasks:
- Conduct tactical sourcing projects independently or under supervision of Purchasing Supervisor including:
- Communicate with respective functional department to understand purchasing needs and identify purchasing projects
- Facilitate finalization of project specifications and briefing documents
- Conduct bidder related preparation works: bidder pre-qualification, bidder list finalization, Porsche RFI (Request for Information) & NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) collection etc.
- Conduct RFP (Request for Proposal) process: inquiry, technical clarification, bidder evaluation etc.
- Lead Vendor Selection Process: quotation analysis, price & commercial terms negotiation with bidders, necessary internal approval process etc.
- Conduct commercial terms negotiation, facilitate contract finalization
- After contract management, including SOW/pricing amendment etc.
- Proper documentation of the projects
- Contract and Supplier management for the assigned material group:
- Supplier backgound check and manage supplier/internal client relationship
- existing vendor management, including evaluation, problem solving (quality/lead time issue etc.) etc.
- potential vendor identification & development
- Regular KPI reporting and analysis report generation for the responsible material group
- Communicate with endusers and collect and draft optimization ideas regarding purchasing process and SAP process, including purchase to pay process
- Vendor Master Data maintenance
- Create Purchase Order/Frame Contract in SAP system for assigned material groups
- Communicate with internal departments as well as external vendors regarding Purchase Order related issues
- Working as the SAP purchasing expert to train internal departments about the purchasing operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in business administration related.
- Usage of SAP or similar purchasing systems is preferred
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Very good communication skills and high sense of responsiblities
