Tasks
1.Training Planning: Organizing the network training requirements and generating training calendar with the support of dealer communicating and tech, non-tech training team. Training calendar maintenance.
2.Training Reporting: Generating training related report and training data analysis monthly, half year or as required by the Senior Manager Training Academy or tech, non-tech training teams. Monitoring Training Academy KPIs and identify performance related problems in the training report point of view.
3.Training Budget Control: Overseeing Training Academy budget and carrying out monthly review/recharge and quarterly preview as well as yearly forecast with the support of other teams. Financial policy training and explanation to team members and give suggestions if necessary.
4.Training Systems & new medial: Training related systems (NPA (PALMS)/PPN...) administration and communication closely with PAG as China market system responsible. New learning technology/media administration and coordination with tech, non-tech team with relevant projects. End user training to PCN and Dealer networks.
5.Office admin: Ad-hock support as required by the Head of Training Academy, and management of the office admin related tasks of Training Academy.

Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, IT, Education, Management, etc.
2.At least 3 years of related experience.
3.Good command of LMS, SAP, MS Office (excel, word), understanding of JAVA, SQL will be a plus
4.Proficient Communication in Chinese and English

Location: Wai Gao Qiao, the company will provide shuttle bus.
