岗位职责:

Responsibility:
Coordinate with respective departments providing daily operations support (includes PO/logistics handling, inventory management, customized model, content management, PD/marketing support, T-mall negotiation, C.S. follow-up etc..) to our dealers in existing and expanding sales distribution in T-mall
Manage customer relationship and explore new potential customers/business opportunity in the market
Analyze customer profile, marketing data, market conditions and competitor information, as well as recommending appropriate action to achieve the sales target
Develop yearly plan on sales target, campaign strategy, assortment and promotion support with detailed execution plans to ensure successful implementation
Revisit operating model and identify opportunities to develop optimization projects to enhance our brand/dealers competitiveness on T-mall
Identify and seek for joint-marketing and campaign programs with T-mall to promote the business of our customers
Build and monitor critical e-commerce KPI Matrix of our customers and provide recommendations/assistance in driving their result with big data analysis/incentive program
Lead the T-mall sales team

Requirement:
Bachelor or above
Fluent in both written and verbal English
At least 3 year experiences in e-commerce industry, preferably within electrical appliance Industry
Solid experience in T-mall store operations (Content Management, E-Merchandising, A/B testing personalization experience in building E-Business operations - organization, processes, guidelines)
Good understanding/experience in digital marketing activities to drive traffic on websites (SEO, SEM, Affiliation, Display)
Strong organizational & project management skills, attention to details, self-motivated
Good cross function communication and collaboration with Marketing and offline sales
