1. 本科以上学历，市场营销或相关专业毕业；
2. 敏锐的市场感知能力，具备高度的策略整合意识；
3. 较强的逻辑分析能力、洞察力及数据分析能力，善于文字表达；
4. 思维敏捷，沟通协调能力出色，工作积极主动；
5. 良好的时间管理及团队协作能力；
6. 熟练操作各类办公软件、丰富的电脑知识（word、excel、PPT制作…）；
7. 英文听说读写能力良好者优先。

工作描述/Job Description

1. 定期进行市场信息搜集、分析及研究，形成行业报告，并给出应对策略建议；
2. 定期收集与分析竞争品牌产品动态、市场活动、宣传推广等信息，完成竞品报告；
3. 开展市场及消费者调研，分析行业趋势及消费者需求，为新产品开发及业务发展等提供决策支持；
4. 协助制定业务发展策略，跟踪方案执行，开展效果评估；
5. 负责项目推广执行、营销方案执行、活动组织、跨部门协调等工作；
6. 主管交代的其他工作。

1. Develop market intelligence report with analysis of the facts on a regular basis;
2. Develop competitor intelligence report regarding competitors’ product, promotion and marketing events;
3. Conduct market research and analyze findings to develop actionable insights and decision making support for new product and business development;
4. Assist in business development strategy, track program implementation, and carry out assessment;
5. Responsible for the implementation and execution of promotion projects, marketing programs, events, and cross department coordination, etc.;
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
