Purpose of Job Function
1. Support/perform in close collaboration with the DMS Project team on all relevant activities for PCN Dealer Management System (DMS), especially DMS rollout, DMS development/improvement and dealer support.
2. Administrative and operational support for all change requests from Porsche business departments and dealer network to further improve/enhance the DMS system.
3. Guide/educate/support Porsche dealers in China to improve the usage/performance of DMS.

Main Tasks:
- Coordinate DMS rollout of new Porsche dealers in collaboration with all involved internal depts and external suppliers.
- Support the DMS further development and enhancement in collaboration with the DMS Project team to fulfill the local business needs.
- Handling of the Change Request processes (CR). Processing of supplier workorders and invoices
- Provide general support/coordination/instruction to dealers daily DMS operation.
- Work closely with local/golbal application and hosting partners to maintain the availibility and performance of DMS.
- Support all DMS related projects in close collaboratiion with all involved counterparts within Porsche organization and its partners/vendors.
- PPN (Porsche Partner Network) - DMS space administration
- Manage DMS dept documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related.
- 3 years specialized professional experience
- General understanding of IT setup in automotive dealership
- PMO experience and basic understanding of finance accounting is a plus
- Fluent in both oral and written English
