MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Tasks
？ Be responsible for the robot calibration including team management and technical supporting
？ Manage the calibration team and fulfill the production target efficiently
？ Solve the technical problem in the robot calibration to ensure a smooth running in production
？ Maintain all commissioning data, work instruction as well calibration results
？ Maintain and calibrate the equipment, tools regularly and set up archive documents
？ Give training to assembly employees by one-point-lesson or working out the work instruction.
？ Analyze quality problems and support quality department to work out professional solutions.
？ Assist the Robot production manager in the daily team management
？ Coordinate the ramp-up-management of new robot types localization or new series-cut
？ Ensure the correct and timely implementation of all technical requirement and standard in the calibration


KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Educational: mechatronics or related major
- Experience: Mechanical or electrical engineering background with 5+ years’ experience;
- Experience in team management in the machine testing
- Expert in the technical support of the robot calibration or related field;
- Good knowledge of manufacturing, standard process in a manufactory environment is necessary;
- Both self-motivated and team-worked ability;
- Skilled in SAP, Excel, PC knowledge;
- Fluent written and verbal English, good communication skills is required;
- Good understanding in diverse ranges of knowledge, ability to study independently for solving engineering problems.
