Manages professional employees (jobs that typically fall on the B/E band) and/or supervisors. Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own job family. Adapts business unit, department, site or sub-function plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business unit, department or sub-function plan; receives guidance from manager. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Principal responsibility for coordinating and managing multiple functions and activities simultaneously to achieve effective and accurate financial close
2. Using strong process skills (ability to analyze a process and identify those activities that are essential and those that create bureaucracy or waste) to drive the creation of effective yet efficient business processes.
3. Perform impact assessment and change management activities for new processes, legal entity structure or other changes in dependent processes and schedules
4. Internal Audit, External Audit & SOX support, if required
5. Identify areas of process improvements in core areas of responsibility
6. Management responsibilities over functional team members

Education
? Bachelor's Degree above, major in Finance / Accounting related disciplines
? 10 years relevant working experience in the multinational company
? Good command of English either in written or spoken
