PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

· Coordinate accounting and financial activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget requirements, and provides authoritative guidance on proper accounting principles and practices based on company policy and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

· Oversees budgeting and monitors construction costs based on the analysis and review of financial information. Measures and controls impact of construction projects on finances.

· Produces thorough, accurate and timely budget and cost management reports for every construction period and provides financial support to leader and Senior management on financial analysis, business advice, progress monitoring and initiating follow-up actions to different stakeholders in order to meet reporting timelines

· Identifies trends and opportunities to either improve processes or financial performance

· Develops successful working relationships with the Senior and Executive management team

· Producing and monitoring budget of the projects including forecast, financial analysis reports of the costs variance for the Finance leader of the business within month end tight closing schedule.

· Updates budget and monitor the actual spending vs forecast and oversees the project cost

· Prepare rolling forecast and cash flow management for the projects

· Prepare Capital Expenditures Request upon request by management.

· Support on the purchasing for scorecard and purchasing data collections and analysis, Provide in depth, transparent and impactful analysis and report in relation to the productivity (purchases costs savings) to the sourcing business leaders across the region in helping them to achieve the productivity KPIs.

· Maintain relationships with clients, owners or members of the business community

· Perform additional assignments per management’s direction

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA and/or CPA/CMA with previous experience in a multi-national business strongly preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years of progressively more responsible assignments in a multinational corporation

· Experience in building construction management and procurement will be an advantage.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors and analyze complex business problems to develop appropriate solutions in a timely and responsive nature.

· Significant experience working with complex financial information systems and controls in a large, complex business that provides consistent and reliable information.

· Demonstrated leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, analytical and communication skills.

· Needs to be mobile and willing to take new challenges.
