PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

· Coordinate accounting and financial activities to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget requirements, and provides authoritative guidance on proper accounting principles and practices based on company policy and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

· Work alongside business unit management on monitoring business performance and providing detailed analysis

· Responsible for the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, producing financial analysis reports of the spending variance for the corporate functions leader of the department within month end tight closing schedule.

· Prepare revenue, cost and spending analysis report upon request by management.

· Participate in feasibility studies for legal entity rationalization, data collections and analysis. Provide in depth, transparent and impactful analysis and report in relation to the business performance to the APAC leaders across the region in helping them to achieve the company objective.

· Identifies trends and opportunities to either improve processes or financial performance, participate in the process re-engineering and continuously identify work flow efficiency improvement and cost-saving opportunities

· Develops successful working relationships with the Senior and Executive management team

· Work on new/existing business and special projects focusing on business plans, models, and industry comparables including review/preparation of multi-year P&L, IRR and NPV, and valuation analysis.

· Provides support in M&A activities and projects on operation efficiency, provide useful recommendations to streamline the organization

· Maintain relationships with clients, owners or members of the business community

· Perform additional assignments per management’s direction

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA and/or CPA/CMA with previous experience in a multi-national business strongly preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years of progressively more responsible assignments in a multinational corporation

· Experience in FP&A will be a must.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors and analyze complex business problems to develop appropriate solutions in a timely and responsive nature.

· Significant experience working with complex financial information systems and controls in a large, complex business that provides consistent and reliable information.

· Demonstrated leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, analytical and communication skills.

· Needs to be mobile and willing to take new challenges.
