DESCRIPTION:

The person will take charge of company’s employer brand and university relations in the APAC region with a strong focus in China.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute employer branding strategy and roadmap for APAC, starting from China

- Localize and activate global EVP both externally and internally partnering with Communications and other related functions

- Take charge of the 3rd party awards and certificates that have significant employer branding impact to the company (Top Employer; Universum's Top 100 Ideal Employer on campus, etc.)

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Talent Acquisition partnering with Communications and recruiting teams

- Develop and execute university relation strategy for APAC partnering with Government Relations, Communications, Engineering, L&D, etc., starting from China

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate most likely will possess the following attributes: A profound thinker, able to develop strategy and actionable roadmap according to company’s direction and business priorities; fluent written and spoken English; intellectually smart, emotionally mature; flexible but disciplined; humble in manner but aggressive with results; hard-working but polished; customer focused. In addition, he/she should also have:

-Bachelor’s Degree or above
-Solid communication experience from leading international agencies or multinational companies, experience in recruitment and employer branding would be a strong plus

-The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Superior project management, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
-Proactive attitude and assertive character
