POSITION SUMMARY
• Strategize, plan and develop clinical applications for BDB flow cytometer reagents to growth the business in clinic market
• Provide medical insights and find opportunities in medical research areas where flow cytometer can be a useful research tool
• Development scientific promotional strategy and programs, provide medical trainings to sales team
• Develop speakers and maintain good network with local KOLs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is required to have a full understanding of marketing objectives and the commercial focus of the business to support those plans, in addition to the duties listed below.
• Understand flow cytometer technology and the usage in clinic diagnosis, identify business opportunities in key disease areas where clinic diagnosis using cytometer is meaningful
• Actively gather and be up to date on major publications using flow cytometer, find opportunities in medical research areas and relative applications
• Supports product team to develop marketing strategies and plans for business development
• Provides product related clinical education and therapy training, literature information to both product and sales team
• Creates and delivers presentation of new information on our products
• Shares medical and educational scientific information with brand/therapy aligned Key Opinion Leaders and Local Practice Leaders to gain support and develop speakers
• Organize Advisory Board Meetings and support the development of consensus and guidelines in which diagnosis using flow cytometer becomes a routine practice
• Development scientific promotional strategy and flow cytometer training programs in order to enhance acceptance of flow cytometer usage and operational skills
• Brings in investigator initiated studies and support the fulfillment of the study for clinical application development by corporation with Medical Department
• Identify key available research use only products as well as new markers or products with big potential to be registered
• Provides support to Medical Department and Registration for clinical trials and registration programs

QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years proven clinical experience
• 5+ years working experience in field of oncology in multinational pharmaceutical company
• Bachelor degree in Medicine as a qualification, Master degree is preferred
• Flow cytometry experience is preferred
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• A team player
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
