PART I - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

1、Replenish plan and PO processing and tracking:
Responsible for working out the replenish plan per week or month for the various product lines.
以周或以月为单位，为所负责的产品线制定补货计划
Manage master data and continuously improve the existing plan tools.
管理数据库并持续改进现有工具
Coordinate with the suppliers for the order issuing and share the abnormal information to related department timely.
处理采购订单，及时反馈异常情况给相关部门
Learn about special request from registration and process accordingly; be familiar with registration status of products.
了解法规方面特殊需求并相应处理，熟悉所负责产品线的注册情况

2、Forecast analysis and implement S&OP process:
Collect sales forecast, analyze and cooperate with sales/MKT team to improve forecast reflecting actual demand and company target.
负责收集销售预测，分析并协同销售市场部提高预测准确性
lead S&OP process by having monthly review meeting with sales/MKT and finance team to review fulfillment and achieve company target
每月组织召开S&OP会议，协同销售市场部及财务部回顾业务，共享信息，以满足未来计划为目标

3、Inventory management:
Monitor stock level for A/B class products, analyze backorders causes, make sure no backorders due to operation’s mistake.
管理AB两类产品的库存水平，查找缺货原因，避免因操作失误导致的缺货
Align with supply function closely to meet demands of market or distributor.
与计划供应保持沟通，最大程度满足市场或经销商需求
Remind sales/MKT team of depleting stock with short shelf life and slow moving.
提醒销售市场部注意短效期及慢销库存情况，并尝试消化

4、Reporting:
Submit assigned reports by weekly/monthly on time and ensure accuracy.
按要求准时提交报告，保证正确性

5、Others:
Finish all other works assigned by supervisor.
完成上级布置的其它工作任务。


PART II – QUALIFICATIONS 资格要求
EDUCATION 教育程度

College degree and/or above in Logistic/supply chain related major.
大专及以上物流或供应链等相关专业

EXPERIENCE 工作经验

More than 2 year’s working experience in supply-chain, experience in medical devices preferred
2年以上供应链方面的相关工作经验,有相关医疗背景优先

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求

1、Demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
有良好的中英文沟通能力
2、A good team player , initiative, strong sense of responsibility
有团队精神，具有主动性，责任感强
3、Logical thinking and acting
逻辑清晰
4、ERP experience is a must
需具有ERP软件操作经验
5、Proficient in the use of MS Office especially for excel
能熟练使用office办公软件，尤其是Excel
