职位描述

1 Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job (to be defined in only one sentence):
- To be responsible for assisting sales team.
2 Main Accountabilities (list key missions: 6 maximum, use action verbs):
- Responsible for regularly communicating with distributors to ensure sales target achievement through an efficient distribution management.
- To collect monthly sales data from distributors and ensure its accuracy and their inventory, give the report in the monthly basis.
- Responsible for monitoring performances of the sales people in product line vs personal target and give feed back to manager.
- Handling the contracts, orders, and shipments, give the status report to the manager in the monthly basis.
- To assist in setting up distributors & sales & products database.
- To regularly update sales policies as well as competitors' information in order to identify business opportunities.
- To facilitate and assist local sales team in promotion and education activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (i.e. Logistic, Marketing, RA) and customers regarding the contract terms & conditions and ensure all be under company’s control policies and guidelines;

* Other tasks based on business needs as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct supervisor.

3 Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
3.1 Studies-Experience:
- University degree, major in General Admin, Language, Accounting or Economy related
- Some knowledge of contract law, international and local trade affairs;
- 1+ years working experience.
3.2 Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong reading and writing skills in English,
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Able to work under time pressure and work independently
- Good teamwork and quick learning.
