Job Title: Intellectual Property Assistant

Reports to: China Intellectual Property Counsel

Responsible for: Intellectual Property legal support

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist IP counsels to implement Burberry's IP enforcement programme in China.
• Draft legal documents, conduct legal researches, document editions, etc.
• Database maintenance and files managements.
• Collect latest hot cases and law updates.
• Assist to liaise with internal departments, law firms, official authorities and courts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, legal background is preferred.
• 3-5 years of paralegal experience, IP related is preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• A good team player.
• Well organized, detail Orientated.
